Your Responsibilities:
- Already in the ERP business? Share your client connections with us and earn unlimited, risk-free rewards.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads with businesses and software providers locally in Namibia and globally.
- Present ArionERP's innovative solutions and highlight the benefits for businesses in Namibia and beyond.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle independently, from lead generation to closing and post-sales engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the ArionERP team to enhance strategies and broaden our service offerings.

What We're Looking For:
- Professionals already involved in the ERP or related industries are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong network or connections within Namibia or on a regional/national level, with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or ERP/software solutions sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge or experience in ERP systems, custom software development, or digital transformation is a bonus, though not required.
