Additionally, our flexible platform is a powerful tool for businesses in wholesale distribution, retail, professional services, and IT.
How is ArionERP priced?
We offer flexible and transparent pricing to fit your business model and budget. You can choose between:
- ArionERP Cloud (SaaS): A subscription-based model with annual per-user pricing. Plans like Essential, Professional, and Enterprise are tiered based on the number of users and included modules.
- ArionERP On-Premises: A perpetual license model where you pay a one-time fee per user, plus an annual maintenance contract (AMC) for updates and support.
We also offer optional implementation, training, and support packages. Our goal is to provide enterprise-grade power without the Tier-1 price tag.
What's the difference between the Cloud and On-Premises versions?
Functionally, both versions are identical. The key difference is in deployment and cost structure:
- Cloud (SaaS): We host and manage the software for you on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure). This is an operational expense (OpEx), requires no server hardware on your end, and includes automatic updates.
- On-Premises: You host the software on your own servers. This is a capital expense (CapEx) and gives you direct control over your data and infrastructure, but requires your own IT team to manage it.
Implementation & Support
How long does implementation take?
The timeline varies based on complexity, the number of users, and the level of customization required. However, we offer structured packages to streamline the process:
- QuickStart: For smaller teams (up to 10 users), implementation can be as fast as 4-6 weeks.
- Pro & Enterprise Plus: For larger teams with more complex needs, projects typically range from 2 to 6 months.
