Cloud (SaaS) is an annual subscription (Operating Expense - OpEx) that includes hosting, maintenance, and updates. It's a lower upfront cost. On-Premises is a one-time perpetual license fee (Capital Expense - CapEx) where you own the software and host it on your own servers. It requires an additional annual maintenance contract (AMC) for updates and support.
Absolutely. ArionERP is designed to be flexible. You can easily add more users to your existing plan at any time. Upgrading from Essential to Professional, for example, is a seamless process to unlock more functionality as your business grows.
The mandatory 20% AMC for on-premise licenses gives you access to all major software updates, security patches, and bug fixes released throughout the year. It ensures your system remains current and secure. It does not include direct technical support, which can be purchased via our optional support packs.
While technically you could try to set it up yourself, we strongly recommend one of our implementation packages. A successful ERP launch depends on proper configuration, data migration, and user training.
